The EaaSi™ Pro module combines procurement management, reporting and optimisation of utility contracts. EaaSi™ Pro removes the complexities of viewing and analysing a multitude of energy bills and contracts.
Through a set of data processing techniques (supported by RPA – Robotic Process
Automation) EaaSi™ Pro automatically requests and collects bills from your supplier(s) to provide same day bill validation.
It then processes the data and formats all aspects of the bill(s) into a single data structure thereby removing all the complexities from trying to rationalise multiple
supplier bills in to a common format.
EaaSi™ Pro identifies – from the received or expected supplier bills and contract information – whether there are any missing bills or incorrect charges and taxes. The software platform then automatically requests the rectification direct from the supplier and re-validates before delivering the data into the single excel report. Ensuring for accurate data and rectifying missing and incorrect data results in the bills you pay being true and correct.
